Kundalini: Awakening and Integration

Our conversation will cover a wide range of issues and understanding central to spiritual awakening and integration in our daily lives. Here are some of the issues that will be addressed:

  • What is Kundalini Shakti?
  • What is meant by awakening Kundalini?
  • What are some effects of Kundalini awakening?
  • How practice changes after Kundalini awakens.
  • What are safe and established methods of such awakening?
  • How will I know my Kundalini is awakened?
  • What do I do to cultivate and nurture the Kundalini energy?
  • What are some personal experiences of Kundalini?
  • How do we integrate the Kundalini experience into our daily lives?

Our speakers look forward to sharing their decades of experience with the empowering Kundalini energy bequeathed by the Siddha Lineage. The session will include a short meditation.
